TAG 5 appreciates that understanding your NDIS package and supports can feel overwhelming at times. Support Coordination at TAG 5 can help you to get the most out of your funding package and put your plan into action.
Our Support Coordinator can guide and plan the support you need from a multitude of providers in the community, to assist you to achieve all of your goals. Support Coordination fees are included within your NDIS plan, so there are no out of pocket expenses for you.
